Your Interactive Banff Itinerary

Here’s the thing about planning a Banff itinerary: the park will quietly eat a week of your evenings before you’ve booked a single thing. Moraine Lake needs a shuttle seat you cannot buy at the gate. Sky Bistro books out weeks ahead. There is no Uber inside the park, and every vehicle needs a Parks Canada pass. None of that shows up in the pretty photos, and all of it decides whether your four days actually work.
So I built the thing I wanted on my own trip: four days already sequenced, every stop booking in one tap, 85+ vetted places to swap in when the weather has other ideas, and a map with every pin already dropped. It lives on your phone instead of in the cloud — which matters, because Banff runs out of bars about two minutes past the highway.
Everything You Need to Do Banff Right
- A living map, not a flat PDF — every stop pinned, tap for directions
- A day-by-day plan that flexes — swap any stop for an alternate in one tap
- Tap-to-book links — hotels, tours, and eats booked in seconds
- Hand-picked by real research — the best hikes, views, and eats, no tourist traps
- Works in your pocket — built for your phone, ready on the trail
See it in Action
This isn’t a PDF you scroll — it’s a tap-to-book planner that lives on your phone. Here’s what you’ll be holding.
Summer or Winter? That's Two Different Trips.
Banff is not one destination that happens twice a year. The two guides are built around two different trips, so pick the one matching your dates.
The Summer Guide runs on the turquoise-lake window. Moraine Lake Road is only open June 1 to mid-October, the Icefields Parkway is going full tilt, and the high trails are finally clear — so the four days are built around lakes, the glacier, and Kicking Horse whitewater.
The Winter Guide runs on snow. Ski days across Lake Louise, Sunshine Village and Norquay, a frozen creek walk through Grotto Canyon, a sleigh ride, and a long soak at Upper Hot Springs while it snows on your head. Moraine Lake is closed in winter no matter what an older blog post tells you, so the guide sends you somewhere that is actually open.
Same app either way. Same tap-to-book, same offline map, same swap-any-stop. Different four days.
Going June through early October, take Summer. November through March, take Winter. Shoulder season — late October or April — take the guide for what you’re chasing: lakes and hiking is summer, lifts turning is winter, since Sunshine runs to mid-May.
